This special bottling represents the DNA of a Decade of Dublin Distilling, consisting of some of our oldest Malt and Pot Still whiskey from our Dublin distillery, matured in Ex-Bourbon casks, bottled at 51.10% ABV with no chill filtration.
Beautiful balance of orchard fruits, caramel and butterscotch from the malt component, the peppercorn spice and green apple oiliness of the Pot Still, with a unique tropical character of melon and guava.
This release is limited to just 500 individually numbered bottles, and all profits will go to local Dublin charities. Be sure to join us in celebrating our 10th birthday with this exciting new release!
