I have been ordering from the Teeling distillery for several years now. The products and service have always been exceptional. However, I recently encountered a hiccup with an order for the first time. Though I was surprised, I quickly contacted Teeling via email describing the problem and attaching photos of the mix up. The whole problem was resolved within days with the highest degree of professionalism. Furthermore, they assured me that the problem has been corrected and will not reoccur in the future.
The site was easy the navigate, there were no issues ordering and the product was delivered with a couple of days of ordering. When the product arrived it was very well packaged and was in perfect condition.
