This World Cocktail day on May 13th we are raising a glass (or two) of our finest Teeling Whiskey Cocktail creations to celebrate the art of mixology and toast to bartenders all around the world who continue to bring new and exciting flavours to the global whiskey categories, through unique mixed drinks! What better way to mark the occasion than by exploring some of our Teeling Twists on classic drinks with that distinctive flair and unique flavour profile, thanks to our Teeling Small Batch whiskey! First up, we have our Teeling Irish Maid. This refreshing blend of Teeling Small Batch, elderflower liqueur, cucumber and citrus pays respect to world renowned global bartender from New York’s The Dead Rabbit, Jack McGarry, who was the original founder of this drink. This easy sipping Teeling Whiskey Cocktail is the perfect summer serve with notes of vanilla and rum raisin from our Teeling Small Batch, that elevates a classic Kentucky Maid. The go-to for Irish Whiskey lovers, and those new to the category alike!
Teeling Irish Maid
60ml/2oz Teeling Small Batch
15ml / 0.5oz Saint Germain Elderflower Liqueur
25ml / 0.8oz Lemon juice
2inches Cucumber
15ml /0.5oz Sugar syrup
Method: Muddle cucumber in a shaker tin.
Add all other ingredients. Shake with ice & strain into an ice filled glass.
Next up, we have one of the most iconic Whiskey Cocktails of all time, made the Dublin way! Of course we are talking about the Teeling Irish Coffee! One of our best-selling Teeling Whiskey Cocktails at our brand home at Teeling Whiskey Distillery in Dublin, this Teeling Irish Coffee will take your Irish Coffee to the next level! Made with Teeling Small Batch, stout syrup, fresh coffee, cream and nutmeg, this is ideal for those post dinner delights and cosy gatherings with friends and family. Teeling Irish Coffee
45ml/1.5oz Teeling Small Batch
15ml / 0.5oz Stout syrup or brown sugar syrup
90ml / 3oz Freshly brewed coffee
30ml / 1oz Double Cream
Grated Nutmeg
Method: Pre heat glass with warm water and discard.
Add Teeling Small Batch, syrup and brewed coffee; stir to combine.
Warm a spoon and gently pour the cream over the back of the spoon to float on top of the coffee.
Dust some grated nutmeg on top of cream.

Presenting the Teeling Newmarket Fashioned, this Teeling Twist on a classic Old Fashioned is made with our Teeling Small Batch, allspice liqueur, honey syrup (produced by our very own resident bees that live on the roofs of Teeling Whiskey Distillery), and some bitters. This spirit-forward cocktail is the ultimate serve to experience the full bold complexity of Teeling Small Batch!
Teeling Newmarket Fashioned
60ml/2oz Teeling Small Batch
7.5ml / 0.25oz Allspice liqueur
15ml / 0.5oz Honey syrup (1 part honey, 1 part hot water)
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Method: Add all ingredients into your rocks glass. Add cubed ice or a large block if you have and stir
Garnish with an orange zest and cinnamon stick.

Teeling Iced Tea
45ml/ 1.5oz Teeling Small Batch
20ml / 0.6oz Lemon Juice
20ml / 0.6oz Aperol
15ml / 0.5oz Ginger Liqueur
30ml / 1oz Hibiscus Tea syrup (1 part tea and sugar, 1 part hot water)
Method: Add all ingredients into your shaker tin. Shake and serve into an ice filled glass. Garnish with fresh mint and a lemon slice.
