Make our famous Teeling Irish Coffee at home!

Our twist on the classic Irish coffee is a best seller at our distillery bar. See how we make it below! We’ve also included a simplified version for everyone to make at home.

Ingredients

  • 40ml Teeling Small Batch
  • 120ml Freshly Brewed Coffee (we use Cloud Picker in the distillery)
  • 20ml Spiced Stout Syrup* (can be substituted with Demerara Syrup or with Brown Sugar & Water)
  • Fresh Cream

Garnish: Freshly Grated Nutmeg (if you have it!)

Suggested Glassware: Hot Drinks Glass

Method

Preheat glass with some warm water and discard, add the Teeling Whiskey, stout syrup, brewed coffee and stir to combine.

Warm a large spoon and gently pour the cream over the back of the spoon and onto
the coffee.

Garnish with a light dusting of grated nutmeg and enjoy with friends!
