Description
The latest edition of our Small Batch Series is initially aged in bourbon casks before undergoing a second period of maturation in renowned Venezuelan rum producer Santa Teresa’s Solera Rum casks. This is a limited release and proudly bottled at 46% ABV with no chill filtration.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Caramel, honey, and dark chocolate, balanced by barley and fresh orchard fruit.
- Taste: Vanilla notes, honey and light spice blends with apricot, figs, and dried fruit.
- Finish: The long finish of dried fruits, cinnamon, cream barley, and pastry gives way to lingering oak tannins.
