Our Distillery Exclusive Single Pot Still is a rotating single cask of our Dublin Distilled Single Pot Still aged in unique styles of casks.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Light toasted almonds, woody spice, peach and stone fruits with citrus peels.
Taste: Cinnamon and cloves, ripe orchard fruits, fresh cream and all spice.
Finish: Lingering spice with a medium warm dry finish.
