Treat yourself to tasty Teeling treats this Pancake Tuesday with our Teeling Small Batch Salted Caramel Syrup Soaked Pancakes. We’ve got the perfect recipe to bring your pancakes to the next level!

Teeling Pancake Tuesday with Teeling Small Batch

Simple Pancake Batter Ingredients (makes 10 decent size pancakes):

100g Flour
2 Eggs
300ml Milk
Tablespoon of Melted Butter

Add the ingredients to a bowl and make sure to stir while gradually adding the milk to avoid lumps. Whisk to a good thick batter for about one minute. Let the mixture sit for half an hour. Cook your pancakes in an oiled frying pan on medium heat for about 1 min per side (the more theatrical you flip the better they taste!).

 Teeling Small Batch Salted Caramel Syrup

20ml Teeling Small Batch

230 g Olly’s Farm Teeling Rooftop Honey

50ml Cream

1 tbsp Salted Butter

Pinch of Teeling Oriel Sea Salt

Stir honey and cream together in a deep saucepan and bring to a boil. Bring to a simmer and swirl pan occasionally as you cook the mixture. Remove from heat, add butter and whisk to combine, then whisk in Small Batch and salt.

Stack your freshly made pancakes and drizzle them in the Small Batch Salted Caramel Syrup. For an added extra you can include some dried fruits and nuts to bring out the delicious natural rum character of our Small Batch.
