Barrel of Laughs: Comedy Night at the Distillery
On Wednesday 19th of July from 6:30pm, we’ll host our first ever comedy gig here at the distillery; Barrel of Laughs! We’ve teamed up with Punch Lion to produce an evening of top notch stand-up comedy with three excellent comedy acts performing. The MC for the night will be Steve Cummins of the Laughter Lounge, who will be joined by the hilarious John Colleary and Totally Wired for a night of brilliant comedy. Tickets cost €15, and you’ll also receive a complimentary cocktail on arrival.
Steve Cummins
Writer, Actor, Father and Resident MC of the Laughter Lounge. Steve is one of the most in demand MCs in Ireland. He regularly performs around the country and the U.K. and has appeared on the BBC, RTE, TV3 and numerous radio programmes.
John Colleary
Co-writer and star of IFTA nominated shows The Savage Eye and Irish Pictorial Weekly. A talented actor and mimic and a regular at Kilkenny Cat Laughs, Vodafone Comedy Carnival and The Electric Picnic, to name a few, John Colleary is definitely one to watch.
Totally Wired
A comedy music duo singing silly songs with funny impressions and top gags. Irelands ‘Oldest and least successful boy band’. Regular performers in the Laughter Lounge. Performing at this year’s Kilkenny Cat Laughs Festival and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
