Teeling Whiskey Distillery welcomes 185,000 visitors in our first two years

Today we celebrated the second anniversary of our award winning distillery. There was even more cause to celebrate on the day as we also welcomed our 185,000th visitor through the door! Patricia Lienig from Frankfurt, Germany was lucky number 185,000!

Visitor numbers to the World’s Best Whiskey Attraction* have doubled in the past twelve months alone, a testament to the huge success that we’ve achieved both domestically and on an international stage.

Teeling Whiskey is now Ireland’s fastest growing whiskey brand. Three new products across our diverse portfolio have been launched over the past year, including the Teeling Whiskey Brabazon Series which reaffirms our continued dedication to producing new and unique expressions of Irish whiskey.

Commenting on today’s celebrations, Jack Teeling, Founder and Managing Director of Teeling Whiskey said; “It has been a very successful and busy year for Teeling Whiskey and we are absolutely delighted to welcome our 185,000th visitor through the doors today.

Since we opened the first operational distillery in Dublin in over 125 years in June 2015, our distillery has attracted visitors from both at home and aboard and we look forward to continuing to grow our numbers over the next year. Irish whiskey is experiencing a renaissance and we are proud to be at the forefront of this. As we look to the second half of the year, we will be releasing some new innovative products and we will also be announcing some exciting plans for the distillery.”
